Pitfichie Castle, Aberdeenshire

Pitfichie Castle is a sixteenth century, five storey tower house of stone construction, with a harled craigievar pink exterior under a slate roof.

A derelict ruin until 1978, Pitfichie Castle has been carefully restored retaining the character and architectural integrity of the original structure, whilst incorporating the necessary facilities required for comfortable modern day living.
